Virtual Town Hall Series by Virtualive on How to Host Successful Virtual Events

The Virtual Town Hall Series was held on Friday, 7th May 2021, and was brought together by Virtualive.my & Speed Meet along with TIN.Media.

The entire session was moderated by Joanne Tan, Business Director of Tin Digital, and joined by Presanth Chandra, Founder & CEO, Virtualive.my. The exclusive discussion was aimed to educate the audience on various factors about the Virtual and Hybrid events industry and how these kinds of events can be useful for an individual's growth in the global market.

From local events and workshops to major training sessions and business conferences, meeting partners in person is still a risky proposition. Even though things are settling down across the world still there's a long time to wait before getting things to normal and greeting attendees in person.

Luckily, Virtualive has come up with a diverse option. Presanth in the town hall series gave the viewers some amazing insights and tips that can act as a great solution to host any event online. He said " To host any successful event online, it is important to choose the right platform. The chosen platform needs to be flexible enough in order to customize the client's requirements. Also, to deliver amazing output one needs to have a dexterous bunch of people to execute the event end to end. These are some of the important aspects to focus on"

He added "While organizing a hybrid or online event, it's important to have professional guidance, altogether. The pre-post event guidance plays a major role in a successful online event."

About the platform, he said it's been overwhelming to organize such big events, and eventually he's adding a lot of different features in order to make the platform versatile and growing along with it as virtual events are shaping up with time and more people are signing up for it.

To get started with online events, Virtualive is also providing VIRTUAL EVENT PLANNER TEMPLATE which can be availed by dropping an email to joanne@tin.digital. Interested viewers also had an option to experience Virtualive for themselves by signing up for an exclusive Virtualive demo session offered by the founder to showcase what the platform is all about in just 30 mins. The free demo session is still available and can be accessed here: https://meetings.hubspot.com/pc9/book.

With changing times, it's important to have new ways of work and communication. Pandemic is predicted to last for at least several months and possibly longer and eventually it seems to fundamentally change the way that businesses operate forever.
